Hi, I recently bought TCL C8 65 inch TV Android 9 TV. It has great screen in budget but motion handling is rubbish. Tried various settings but every movie it plays makes mess of. I also have Mi Box 3 and it plays same movies on same tv flawlessly because from Mi Box I can set refresh rate to 24hz. Is there anyway I can force refresh rate from TV itself?
Hi ya. I have a TCL P8M and I found a secret setting. Use the main remote, the one with buttons. Press > Options > Hover your way to Advanced Settings > Land on Contrast > then press the numbers 1950. A small hidden menu will pop up. Find your way around this and there's an option to adjust frame rate somewhere there. Its definitely different from mine and yours. Also this goes without saying, try at your own risk.
