I believe that Netflix listed quality of streams due to Coronavirus overloading the system
After I updated 4k worked but HDR doesn't.
Lots of strange stuff happening with Prime/Shield. I have a ticket open and they know it's an issue.
I was able to finally fix mine 2 days ago after uninstalling updates and reinstalling many times. I now get 4k Ultra HDR but no HDR tags in the Prime app under the titles like it should be. Not a big deal. Just strange.
I'm not messing with it anymore because at least I'm getting 4K HDR.
As an aside I think Nvidia is tired of dealing with us on this issue because the guy was pretty salty with me when we were messaging back and forth.
