Android Box on a Mac?

I was wondering if I can hook up an Android Box-style, open channels but to be played on my Mac? As in wirelessly. Or is there an app/program I can download that would give me the same experience as open-channel TV?

Clearly I’m not very tech savvy so any help is appreciated!

You can emulate android on Mac and then install whatever android app you need that way.

Parallels has an Android VM (though I don't know if it has the Play Store). There is also Genymotion and one with Blue in the name that I can't remember.
