Download Hal launcher from Google play store.
Use Hal launcher to access apkpure store and from there you can directly search and download apps onto your TV.
All apps downloaded without playstore will be accessible via Hal launcher.
Most likely your apk is for a wrong CPU architecture. It can also be a bad APK. What is your Android TV model and app name?
