I recent bought a Hisense 4K Android TV, and I'm beginning to notice some considerable delay/lag on input from the remote. It can sometimes take nearly a minute, or repeated presses, to go to the home screen, back out of a video, etc. Is this a common problem? Is there anything I can do to mitigate the issue? Thanks in advance!
Which TV? I have the H8G and it doesn't exhibit this issue.
Change battery, could be electrical interference
Go back to the shop with the remote and get it tested on he display tv. If the remote has issues they will give you a new one.
My Toshiba tv came with two remote, one Bluetooth smart remote and one normal or remote. The Bluetooth one wouldn't pair, I took it to the shop after a month , and the tv display guy just replaced the remote after trying to pair it, don't delay.. It is very important to check of the tv has issue or if the remote has issue. Btw I don't like Hisense Android TV. Too many issues with it, if you are able to get it changed to another company go for it. Look online about Hisense Android TV security issues.
