Help wanted Phillips Android Tv

by JonDredgo

Alright, so a friend had some trouble with his TV and we decided to go into the System Recovery Mode and choose the "wipe data/factory reset" option.

Now when we reboot it it will always go into the System Recovery Mode. How and what did we screw up?

Thank you in advance.

Edit: Thank you all for the help :)

TV's shouldn't be be able to be bricked through the menu. I'll keep this in mind.

Also you can try to connect to tv using a pc via ADB and entering the command "adb reboot"

Oh... Google it. You have to download some stuff, then connect pc to tv via usb. I don't know if you can connect, because of the previous factory reset, but you can give it a try.

Had you success?

Can you take a photo of the options you have on the screen?

Have you tried to wipe cache and reboot? Have you try to disconnect the plug for at least 1 minute? If yes the only option is to download a factory image from support site of the manufactor and try to update via USB and then reboot.

Never had that problem. What happens if you unplug the power for about 15 minutes and restart afterwards
