Looking at purchasing aPhilips pus7334

by driver135

Hi all, I'm looking at purchasing a phillips pus7334 55" If there are any owners out there, could you please give me your thoughts. Iv read a few reviews, but there seems to be a few issues with remotes? The main reason I am interested is for the ambilight feature and it being android TV so being able to add a few apps will be good.

i bought the pus7304 (same tv only different stand i think) a few months ago and i really don't have any problems, everything works perfect. The ambilight is a great feature and android is smooth

I have 7304 too. I just don't like black's on this tv. I think best panels are Samsung's. Had one before philips and colors and blacks were better. İt's broken so bought philips because of durability and ambilight. Other than that perfectly fine. Synced with my hue hub also made my purchase desicion. Android tv is also a huge plus.

I love my 7303 the image quality is amazing and have zero problems streaming 4K files over my network using Kodi - it's ace

PUS7303. Nothing in common with good old Phillips who invented (and sadly patented) Ambilight: very low quality panel, uneven back lighting, dull colors, as well as very slow CPU and limited Android TV (many features cut out, such as Apps settings or Bluetooth). Remote is ok I guess, but it never registers the first key press from the letters' side, which is annoying. Basically a cheap chinese TV (which it is) with a badge and some LED's that amp its price at least 4x. Returned and strongly not recommended. Maybe 7334 is better, but from what I get they only get worse year by year.
