Hi,

I have a new Sony A9F with Android TV 9.0 and Google Assistant. I've kind of gotten to the end of trying to get my Google home to play nice, and have settled on just using the inbuilt assistant for everything (including the crappy Netflix app). One last problem I have is that outside of turning it on and off, if I ask it to play something from Netflix it will repeat it back to me in an extremely loud voice. The volume difference is huge compared to watching Netflix or Plex or anything. It's comfortable on about 10, and it seems that Netflix is good around 40 and movies around 75.

I can't find any way to either turn the voice off (make it listen/screen text only) or have independent Volume control. No settings in the home app on my phone, and the volume balance between things toggle in the tv settings doesn't help that much/at all.

Has anyone else had this problem or solved it?
