AS far as I know you can only do it with CEC. I have an LG TV with a magic control and a Xiaomi mi box with Android TV and I wasn't able to pair it. I think it's not possible.
As far as I know by reading and researching it on internet, LG magic remote is pairable with androidTV by HDMI-CEC but with limited functionality... The "air mouse" features are only compatible with LG Simplink devices (Simplink is a proprietary CEC implementation by LG) So, responding to your question, it is not pairable with androidTV by Bluetooth, and I never find a way of doing it with an adapter or anything else...
