Go to the Mi Box's Play Store and search for Teamviewer, there are two apps but I'm not sure which one provide full control of the device from the PC.

Step 1: Create a folder on your computer and copy the apk file you want to install into the folder.

Step 2: Create a share for the folder: select the folder you just created > right mouse button menu > properties > share

Step 3: Set sharing permissions:

Click the Share button > Click the drop-down menu > Select Everyone User Group > Click the Add button > Click the "Share" button, Complete sharing.

Notice: At this point, the folder sharing has been completed, but now you need to enter the username and password of the local account.

Step 4: After the Xiaomi Mi Box S is connected to the router, first open the user and security ADB in the settings and run the application to install the unknown source.

Step 5: Select the Xiaomi HD player and select Add new device in the device bar:

Step 6: Enter the IP address of the device to be added as required: (this can be seen on the local connection of the computer)

Step 7: Go to the shared directory you just created, select the desired apk file, and press OK to install.
