So I just got a new Sony X930H tv and was loading up the apps. Came to Disney+ just getting to the point to enter my credentials took a minute of space Ning it’s wheel til it prompted me. The. When it gets to Who’s watching, I have been staring at a spinning wheel for a couple minutes.
My Nvidia Shield is doing the exact same thing, however on my Apple TV 4K, it loads right up without issue. So it’s not the service and other apps like Netflix and Amazon work perfectly.
On the TV I have tried deleting the app and reinstalling but same thing.
Anyone else seeing this?

It was IPv6 that was causing the issue. I turned it off on my router and Disney+ started working fine. Strange.
Well, I can only wish to every purchase this TV. It's way too expensive in my country but props to you for updating the post with the solution you found. :)
