I have a Philips 5604 series tv and a problem that only occurs when using an hdmi connected device such as a PS4 where if i push the options button on the tv remote control the options menu will not appear but when on the tv home screen it works just fine...what do i do?
What do you need to do in the options menu? Probably the TV detects/identifys the hdmi connect as A Ps4 and activate automatically the game mode... Then there's no option that can be chosen...
