Haystack news does this for a long time now. Not a bad app btw for getting news in video format.
Tubi or Xumo does this as well. Neat feature
I'm not home atm but does it play for longer than 10 seconds? When I implemented it for my app I could not get a live m3u8 to play more than one chunk for the auto play.
I'm sure that's been like that for a while
