Sideloaded a video conferencing app and have been trying to get this camera/mic to work.
Mi box upgraded to latest ver.
All USB 2.0 products.
Used the following devices I'm various states, nothing.
USB Cam with mic USB mic Bluetooth speaker/mic Usb speaker/mic
Got the Bluetooth speaker/mic to work for about 30 seconds with the USB Cam/mic but that was it.
Thoughts?
I have tested Google Duo and worked very good.
Just started experimenting on this with Android 9 on the Ematic. A USB camera works fine with Zoom. I just can't get the microphone to work. My camera supposedly has microphone, but it never worked. I have a USB Rock Band mic and the Mic Test app jiggles when I speak really loudly into it, but Zoom doesn't seem to pick it up.
The only way I get Zoom to pick up audio is if I hold the Google Assistant button and speak into the remote control, but it only works for a split second until the Google Assistant pops up. I haven't tried a Bluetooth headset, since I don't have one, but I would think that should work.
Edit: My Logitech USB headset works fine as a microphone, except I can't use the TV speakers when I plug them in.
