Just got a Hisense H8G 65' TV. I'm wondering if there is any way to make the Home UI appear in 4K resolution?
Even the Youtube app UI doesn't display in 4K. Video content will play in 4K, but all menu UIs are blurry. Even the youtube UI running on my original Xbox One is more clear than the one that is built into the TV.
No. It's how Android TV works. If your tv is 1080p, UI runs at 720p and if it's 4k it runs at 1080p. You have to get use to. It's not that important though if you think that content runs at 4k with no issues
