When I connect it, it finds it and says "USB Device Found, reading files". However, not a single vixeo files is being displayed, I have like 50 movies on it and it just doesn't show them. My friend brought a pendrive and it could read it without any problems. Any ideas on why this is happening? Thanks :)
I would suggest you check what file system your HDD is using (on Windows: right click -> Properties). If it's using NTFS, try to reformat to exFAT, or the other way.
PS. Remember to backup your data first, formatting erases all files on the hard drive.
