Hi everyone,I have a small doubt, My work and need is fully based on web browser, getting a pc is my first choice( but sadly i dont have enough savings) Can i use my android box as a web browser kinda pc ? I know that i supports mouse but if i plug in a keyboard will it disable the on screen keyboard ? The mi box has 2 gigs of ram and all i use is few tabs of online compilers for python and c programming languages.will it be ok to run ?

web browser and general PC duties suck on budget low powered ARM chipset devices and should be avoided at all costs. Such online media Android streaming platforms are not designed for PC type tasks at all.
If you want decent web browsing, compiling, development etc. buy a cheap PC othwise you will regent it big time.
Buy 3rd or 4th gen used mini PC. You can use it as media player and work while they are little larger than android boxes.
I would suggest getting a raspberry pi. Would be great for your situation.

Depending on which country you are in, you should be able to pick up an old PC or laptop on ebay (or facebook marketplace, gumtree etc) for the the equivalent of $20 or cheaper, which would be much more comfortable for your use case.
However if your goal is just to tinker, there are many videos on youtube detailing different ways of converting an android box to a pc
