is it worth it as i have cable tv and smart tv my tv remote is broken only uses it for powering it on and off my cable tv already uses hdmi cec should i enable it on my mi box s as you can switch on and off a tv with google assistant

On my mibox 3 it turns off pc and turn on just fine. Problem is it's force to one specific hdmi port and i can't switch to other as it reverts back.
Why not try it. I see no harm based on that. Can always turn it back off if you don't like it. I have mine off though.
