There is not much difference in this price range. Basically budget tv, and has to be android, so not even many models to choose from. I recommend TCL EP64, EP66, EP68, or C715 if you can go a bit higher. Also Philips pus7304. But i think if you went with something like hisense b7500, you would save some money, buy mi box s for that money, and overall you gonna have better tv with faster android.

Go for samsung smart 4k HDR tv. Its not an android tv but it works, great image quality. You can get 40 inch in your price range.

Youtube and Every streaming service is available on it in native 4K HDR(if the service is supported in your country) and also IPTV apps and many other video services. (Has its own app store) Network streaming from local PC or Phone using DLNA , USB video player and miracast.

Worth taking a look at it. Watch some video reviews to get an idea about it.

Generally budget TV’s running Android TV have budget, slow old chipsets in them and consequently run a laggy Android TV OS. Plus they get spotty Firmware support.

It a hopeless combo for long term use.
