50H8F Hisense - Update Available

Every time the update pops up for my 50H8F it says it fails and to retry. Then it's just an endless loop of fail/retry. Does anyone have a fix? If I go to settings to Check for Update it tells me the system is up to date, even though it's an older version of what the pop up is telling me is available. It's currently on Android 8 and the pop up is saying Android 9.

You might not have enough storage on your tv. Delete some of the apps if you’ve added some, empty cache, etc

Be careful with this update, I was never able to get the update to install even after uninstalling all apps. I performed a factory reset and now the TV is such in a boot loop. I'm not the only one, there are a few of us on /r/hisense with the same issue, H8F and H9F. Waiting on T2 support to provide a downloadable copy of the update for USB install.

I ended up deleting data from the Google Play apps (no data is lost), then the update would install properly.

However I wouldn't recommend it, it has made my Netflix stutter during playback.
