Still on Android 8 on my Sony Bravia TV smh
Lots of under the hood stuff I see, among other things to improve Stadia on Android TV.
Expect to see more far-field devices coming soon.
Bruh Sony cough
They should bring nearby share on android TVs
All of my Sony Bravias (2015, 2017, 2018) are stuck on Android 8.
This update coming to Mi Box??
I wonder if this will come to the 2017 shield models
I'm still learning about Android TV. Does a new update mean there will be a UI change as well?
Or does the "Google TV" rebrand mean there will be a substantial UI Change?
Has anyone in here used an ADT-3 as their daily driver?
I knew it would take one month after the Android mobile announcement, though most people voted to be announced starting next year.
Android 11 Mobile has been officially announced today.
The rumors were also true, most OEMs are going to jump directly to 11, let's hope Xiaomi, Ematic and Nvidia deliver ASAP!.
What's the reason people get so excited about new versions of Android being released?
I just got the update to 9. Lol
Does it allow you to get rid of the ads at the top?
do my mi tv 4s support it
11? Jesus my latest update is 8.0.0 on my Sony
I just bought the new TCL 40" and it updated but still on 9
11? Where is 10? lol my shield is still on Android 9
Is anyone working on getting this on Mi Box S?
There'll be an update to Android 10 later this year. For Mi TV Box. I don't think all Android TV Boxes are eligible for it. But if you're TV Box has got the Android 9 update then you can pretty much expect it to be eligible for Android 10 update.
Mi Box S and Shield. Mi Box 3 beta testing started for ADTV 10.
Well just to let you know my Sony Bravia is still on Android 5 and the one in the bedroom is still on Android 6. That's how Sony is. So I brought a Mi 4A Pro TV which is 55-inch and runs on Android TV OS based on Android 9. I also brought a Nokia TV Box for the living room TV and Mi TV Box 4K for the bedroom TV. Both running on Android TV OS based on Android 9. So never don't buy from renowned manufacturers like Sony, Philips and LG. They will offer older version of Android TV OS. While Samsung still hasn't adopte the Android TV OS as their smart TV OS and still using the old deprecated Smart Web OS even in 2020. Though only a few but they are still manufactured. And don't plan on buying a whole tv just for Android TV OS just grab a Android TV Box from reputed manufacturer. Because Google is already working on a replacement to Android TV OS which they'll be calling Google TV OS codenamed Sabrina.
Did anyone even get Android 10?
