I want a small simple universal remote - much like the old silver apple ones or the nvidia shield one.
I basically need a home and back button as well a direction pad. Would be great if the volume buttons could be self programmed to control the sound bar like the nvidia shield one does.
Like i said, i dont need the number pad, stop play etc.
After months testing different remotes I ended up going back to my original set up, harmony smart remote ( https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00ZYIFXSM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_e86GFbHTA8HN0 ) and playstation eye camera for a microphone...easy to use , ultimate customizability.. you can get that remote on eBay for about $30 usd, the mic for around $15...you won't regret it..
This one is awesome...its plugged in via USB..so its snappy..works perfect on Shield..
