Remote Buttons Not Working

Been using GoogleTV on my Hisense H8G, and some buttons on the remote haven’t been responding: input, apps, etc.

I tried downloading Button Remapping, but every time I try to find the accessibility toggle it’s not there in the menu. So I’m kinda left stuck with this and it’s pretty annoying. Anybody else dealing with their remotes being remapped from the download?

For me button Remapper cased the very problem you are describing so I disabled it.

i had this same issue. my IR features worked, but none of the others. I went to the bluetooth menu and paired new device, then i held the hamburger button (button with three stacked horizontal lines).

the remote popped up in the bluetooth menu and i was able to pair from there.
