You can connect bluetooth speakers but the A/V Sync is pretty bad at least on my Google Max speakers. Different speaker may have different results
I am using an unknown off-brand amp for my passive speakers. This amp doesn't have a single issue showing up on or connecting to other devices such as my phone or laptop, but when I try to pair it with my chromecast (the latest one), it just doesn't show up. What could I possibly do to solve this issue?
I can also connect the amp using a TRS jack cable from my display/tv and it works just fine. It's just bluetooth would be much more convenient.
I use a JBL Clip speaker connected to the chromecast and it works great. No audio delay on youtube/netflix.
