Chromecast with Google TV in India.

Question

Google hasn't updated any launch date for Chromecast with Google TV for India. Haven't received any response with them on Twitter too. Hence can someone share the package weight and dimensions of the shipping box as it arrives from Google? I'm looking to ship it from US to India using ShopUSA or MyUS site. Need the details to get shipping estimate. Also anyone else has experience using these websites then please share your feedback . Thanks.

Recommendations doesn't work here in india right now. Wait for it to officially launch.

None of the Indian apps support it, not even prime video and hotstar. I tried the Google TV launcher and it only shows apps and no recommendations.

But, are the apps working fine? Can you please check the app only mode and see if it's working fine?

Any news for Indian launch? There doesn't seem to be any information for Indian launch anywhere.
