Was working but currently frozen on the G logo.
Have tried:
Unplugging - no change
Factory reset - light won’t go yellow
Reset from Home App - ended up accidentally deleting it from Home App before I could try
Turn router off - nothing
Chatted with Google - they suggested all of the above
Any other suggestions ?

I had a similar problem and I just kept pushing the reset button on the back until it started working again. It took 5 or 6 tries.
