Hi, I recently bought a Chromecast with Google TV at the Google Store (Spain). I'm having problems with bluetooth, it seems to have a very short range and also does not recognize some devices (keyboard and mouse) that my other devices (Mac and android mobile) do recognize. Is it defective? Should I return it?
I was reading another poster who is facing the issue with the Bluetooth. He adjusted the dongle behind the TV in such a way that it was no longer being blocked by the panel of the TV that seemed to resolve the issue for them. Try adjusting it a little bit if not then maybe you should replace it.
