Powering off from mains switch yes/no.

Can I directly power off tv by mains switch or should first power off by remote then switch off from mains.

Realme 32" Android TV is my TV which is an upgrade from my old crt tv paired with a stablizer and I don't know if directly switching off from mains manually or due to less common power cut in my area is safe or not for TV.

Voltage fluctuations is rare in my area but sometimes power can go down for 10-30 minutes and

My main concern is that I am not lazy or impatient to power off Tv first by remote followed by mains switch but I don't have that liberty in case of power cut, so do I need a ups if that's necessary.

You don't need to "cut the mains" on the TV. In fact, it will actually hinder the TV, as they usually do a lot of updating when "off".

If you are concerned, a good quality surge protector (NOT the strips at the home center that just have a switch, but ones with a reset, and a promise of a certain number of Joules of protection) will handle ~85%. A smallish UPS can definitely help. But most switchmode power supplies can actually handle down to 85V AC, and upto really about 270VAC most of the time, and still output what they are supposed to.

It will not hurt the TV to have the mains drop now and then. It actually would not be the best to be turning the mains off every day though. This would cause inrush daily, which would degrade the TV overtime.
