I got Nokia TV today, everything was working good but lately I saw that the assistant button on the remote does not activate the assistant and neither does the mic option in the top left corner of the screen. I have already paired my remote with the TV and assistant did work when I used it initially. Can anyone suggest any solution?
Is it connected to Bluetooth? I had this same problem, at one point it asked me to press a key combination (left+home something like it) and doing it enabled assistant.
I'll try again and tell you. Mine is Nokia with JBL bar.
