This insane Black Friday deal scores you a 55-inch 4K Android TV for under $200

by ShawnDex

"This year's Black Friday deals are starting earlier than ever, and we're already seeing some stellar offers pop up at retailers like Best Buy, Target, and Amazon. That also means now is a great time to upgrade to a new TV if you've been waiting to purchase a 2020 model. In fact, right now you can score TCL's 55-inch 4K Smart Android TV (Series 4) on sale at Best Buy for just $199.99.

Today's deal saves you $200 and is just one of Best Buy's many early Black Friday deals. Since this TV is a Best Buy-exclusive, you won't find it or this discount available anywhere else. Best Buy offers free shipping with its purchase."

I've read a lot about these cheaper Android TVs being extremely slow. Anyone have any experience? I'm guessing emulation for old consoles is a no go, but if I can at least stream movies from Kodi this may make a great bedroom TV.

These cheap smart android tv is slow yes. I just got the best buy tv today $250 for a 65inch 4k. The Android part of it is laggy and choppy. I have the 2019 shield 4k so it doesn't matter. I just wanted a bigger screen.

Yeah thinking it could be alleviated with the new Chromecast.
