Hi all,

Couldn't see a post about this and ive exhausted my options so im hoping someone smarter than me can provide a solution.

Ive been trying to pair my Xbox one controller to my new Sony 65 inch 9500H tv. For some reason it will not register the controller. When I click search for new devices it will just scan indefinitely.

I have tried

• updating the TV, bluetooth & controller firmware -turning everything off and on again
• Turning bluetooth off and on again
• pretty much all noob solutions

I have been able to connect other Bluetooth devices to the TV so i dont think thats the issue.

Any help would be great 😊
