Instead of looking for one that works with Android TV, you should be looking for one that doesn't have a subscription and lets you save footage to your own devices for free.
I have a nest Hello and it works very well. However, with Google's disgraceful cancelling of the nest secure, I don't know if I would trust them with future purchases.

The neat doorbell does not work on the nest app for Android tv, with a migrated account. Why? Who knows...

Seems like it might be time for me to brush off the old programming skills and see if I can build an interface. It should be possible, Nest and Echo Show will display from a doorbell.
I have the nest hello doorbell and it not only announces on all of my chromecast, it also streams the video to my new CCwGTV.
Might be able to sideload the APK for the JOS-1AW.
