I own a Chromecast with Google TV and I'm wondering if TVision integrate with the home screen or if that's only on their TVision Hub dongle. Can anyone with both a Google TV and TVision confirm this either way? I was looking to see if there was a trial but it didn't seem like there was.
Most things that are not the most popular streaming services do not integrate into Google TV. Honestly the interface is garbage if you don't have 3+ major streaming services.
Google TV interface is only available on the new Chromecast, other manufactures will have up to 2 years to upgrade to the new interface.
Pay TV providers are able to customize their own interface, which means the TVision has its own and it's unknown if those TV providers will be able to upgrade to Google TV as well.
Time will tell.

I have both Chromecast with Google TV and TVision. The TVision app loads easily and runs pretty well. The controls are pretty rudimentary as seems normal nowadays, but you can control the App quite well. Playing recording, the select button is Pause/Play, Left and Right are rewind and fast forward. A small window pops up to show the spot you got to. One press is about 12 seconds so you can count. Holding left or right down fast forwards quickly. There is a restart option at the bottom. So it works pretty well and I expect there will be upgrades as it matures.
I have had several stutters which I think is the T-Mobile server but could be my internet service.
I also have an Apple TV and TVison runs the same in that. I also have a Harmony hub remote and that also works well with both Chromecast and Apple TV well.
It isn't integrated. And you are correct no trial.
