Quite strange, on my new chromecast with Google TV I can't choose 4k quality. Even if I see the 4k logo on some videos, when I try to play them I can only choose from 320p to 1080p.

Actually I have a 1080p TV and YouTube app uses the 4K stream and scales it. Quality is impressive compared to Chromecast Ultra which uses the 1080p stream.
Youtube on Fire TV stick (4K version) and my Roku built-in TV have similar issue.
For youtube videos with 30fps, they play fine. For youtube videos of 4K 60fps, these devices will only play up to 720p top. Not even 1080p.
This happens only to Youtube.
The tv it's connected to supports 4K, right?
