Prime Video Played HDR10 instead of 10+ most of the times and the subtitles are out of sync

So i have a tcl Android tv which supports HDR10+, i have watched the boys and jack ryan on it and in most of the episodes it just loads HDR10 instead of 10+, and closing and training again and again and every 5-6 times, it once opens up the 10+ , but next time its standard 10 again

Also the subtitles are delayed by like 2 seconds which is annoying to say the least, if anyone has any solutions for the above problems pls share

(I tried deleting the app and reinstalling it)

EDIT 1: Manually updating the firmware(linked in comments) increased performance alot and the next day prime Video HDR bug fixed itself, its now constantly loading HDR10+

PS. The subtitles still lag by 2-3 seconds so i ended up disabling subtitles

No solution from me, however i have a TCL tv (C715), i have the same issues in Amazon Prime. No issues in other apps (netflix or Disney+). My UI is faster after i uninstalled prime and started using stremio instead for the limited content that i watch in prime.

What firmware are you using? i would start with that. TCL initial softwares are usually quite buggy, but they also are known for releasing updates and fixing those issues. For c715, i think its rt51 platform, latest tested and well working software is v395 if im not mistaken.
