Install Google home and try connecting through it..
Not a lot of info to go on here, but I would recommend contacting Support via the Google Home app
You haven't indicated anything you've seen. Error message? Tries to connect and fails? Can't see the device? Gotta give people a place to start.
Can any other devices connect to it?
