Dolby Vision & 4K option disappeared yesterday on Disney+?

There is some kind of problem going around with Philips TVs and 4K. Some speculate it's a DRM issue and apparently Philips is working on it. I only found a german article on this:

Philips will Probleme mit Streaming-Apps an seinen TVs bald beheben - 4K Filme

Wasn’t just Phillips TVs. I had the same issue yesterday with my nvidia shield. Full restart fixed it.

Happened to me on my TCL Roku TVs. Restart fixed it.

Dont worry about it. It happens to me every time i start the app. Im on a Shield. It works again when I restart the app. :)

TV is up to date on software updates, Android TV 9, model is a Philips 55OLED855/12 and based in the UK.

Just wondered if others were having the same issues, if Disney+ has reduced the streaming quality again?

The Netflix app installed is still outputting 4K Dolby Vision with no issue.

If you install the app DRM Info it will show you the stats of the certs on your tv.

You'll need Widevine security level L1 and atleast HDCP 2.2

I have a Sony TV and just checked right now and no issue is present. Still supports DV and full 4K UHD

Also in Primevideo won't stream in 4K HDR :/
