My TV is connected to Wi-Fi, all apps load appropriately, but none will actually play a video (including YouTube, HBO Max, and Prime). They even let me fast-forward and rewind, but they won't let me "play." Thanks for any help/advice.

Well, I did a factory reset, and that did the trick. Odd. If anyone has advice for if this should happen again, I'd love to not have to do a factory reset, so I'm all ears.
