One of the updates caused ads to appear you need to uninstall the Android update sadly
I would uninstall them one at a time even if you have them off just to see.

Uninstall updates for android tv home and android tv core services in system apps and disable auto-update in the play store.
Is there an alternative launcher that is good that lets you keep auto updates on (but hides these irritating ad clumps)?
Does it appear without ads if you subscribe to youtube premium?
Unstall a different launcher I use the kesnback launcher with the sideload channel
I like it, they don't feel like ads to me
