I just bought a salora 55UA220. It has an intergrated android tv and Chromecast. It works pretty good but the android UI is 1080p and i like to change it to 4k is that possible?

Why do you need the interface to be 4k?
Is it possible? Maybe, use adb and something like "$ wm size 3840x2160" and "$ wm density 480". Is it worth it? Absolutely no, you will only create visuals problems and bugs, and performance issues.
