Does it appear irregardless of the source? Can you take some pictures that aren't so blurry?
Doesn't look like any matrix fault (bright pixels etc.) but rather a backlight problem. Anyway, it looks to be a hardware issue so there is not much you can do. Demand it fixed if it's under warranty.
Actually had a similar issue on my 55pfl5602/f7. I was actually using the Windows store Netflix app via HDMI to my laptop, it caused severe grain and a similar red "streak" across my screen. When watching netflix via firefox on my laptop it would look fine. Figured it was an upscaling issue or something with the crappy integrated graphics on my old hp laptop.
Philips The One, i have the same tv. Please cut the power for 2 minutes and and plug it back in. Android will do a reboot. If you still have the same issue on every input-source, then do a factory-reset before contacting Philips.
Are you sure it is not a reflection? Is this an oled?
Unplug it from the power outlet and take it to the nearest dumpster.
