Hi! And thanks for the help. I have a problem with my TV, only accepts pure 4K (3.840 x 2.160). Many videos I have been 3840x1XXX and can't reproduce it. Is there an easy option to add black bars to fit all resolutions. Thanks in advance.

Maybe you have your TV set to zoom or something. Movies of different aspect ratios have the black bars built in when necessary. Different TV's hae slightly differrent ways of zooming in and out.
