I see you can create a kids Google account on the Google TV - is that how they want you to be signed in to YouTube kids?
I also have this problem. I have an old Xiaomi MiBox and that can do it, seems a bit odd that the company that owns YouTube AND makes the Android tv OS AND the hardware should be able to do this?
