Just bought a Hisense HiSmart 4K ATV4 65” TV and the Fox Sports and FoxNow don’t work- I get “Oops, something went wrong”. Does anyone with the same TV have this issue? Customer support was garbage.

First Uninstall and then Reinstall.
Do You Have a DNS blocker?
Reboot Maybe?
Change DNS or Wi-Fi network to see if that was the problem?
Send Photo Of Error To Diagnose?
Been having the same exact issue when attempting to use FoxNow on my Verizon StreamTV.

From what I've gathered it has to do with one of the more recent updates, and Fox hasn't addressed the seemingly-widespread issue at all. Sucks.
