Just got my Mecool KM3 and it’s working great.
I noticed that the remote uses infrared, if I put my hand in front of it, the signal won’t catch. Kinda of a bummer since now the box has to be in sight.
Thought it was supposed to be Bluetooth? Or did I get a bad remote. Anyone notice this?
It is bluetooth, make sure it is paired correctly, otherwise you won't be able to use the assistant.
I had the KM9 Pro Classic and it worked correctly, it also had IR.
