Ambilight BOX on Android TV not working

Hi guys, I want to ask you for help, I bought Ambilight Box for PC/AndroidTV from Aliexpress, this one: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/1005001723800477 but after connecting everything and installing Ambient light Application for Android it is not working, I dont know what is default state but when I connect power to box nothing happend, one light blink for a second, and when I lauch app and connect usb cable to TV app freeze, I tried setting it up, then connecting, restarting Box but stil nuthing, sometimes when usb is unplugged from TV and I recconect power maybe first 20 Leds light up, but thats everything. Did anybody has this issue?

So we are on the same page as your link does not work

You have something like this on the back of the TV and you have the usb lead plugged into your android TV.

You have this application correct?

Ambient light Application for Android - Apps on Google Play

If You have all the above and the power connected to the led strip and then into the control box,

The control box should have a red light to show its powered, the lcd strip does not light up as standard and will only work when connected to the app correctly.

If all the above is correct.

Open the android ambi light application from above.

If you unplug and then plugin the usb cable your android tv it should then show a popup with a message to enable 10/100/1000 usb network, click ok

Then unplug and reconnect the usb cable again you should get a further message about a usb serial adaptor. click ok, in the application it should show lcd connected in green in ther middle of the screen, if not click the small refresh icon and it should then work.

If you do not get any of the above the unit could be faulty.

If it is connected and lights up(even just 2 of the lcd's) let me know and we can try some settings as it sounds like you have not configured the lcd strip in the app correctly.

I swear you can't get it to work on your television at all only with using the Android app for the tv and ambilight but you can't view any protected software so basically useless like can't use it with PlayStation, tv, Netflix, prime video and YouTube. Shit like that. Please if anyone makes it work on the tv let me know !! I'm so frustrated.

Already chatted with the seller for a while but he also doesn't know why it's not working. Is it an issue of the app (Android version) then or the controller box? The seller told me it is using the correct WS2812B LED strip. Did someone of you reach out to the developer of the app? Sent him a mail but didn't receive a reply yet, unfortunately.
