For the life of me, I can't figure this out. I see where one can arrange the apps running across the screen, but I don't see any option for rearranging or adding to the ones running down the left, which show you what's available on the app, etc.

Press the left dpad key to the far left and you should see an up and down arrow...from there you can rearrange them....
