We're looking at expanding our team a little, so that we can have a more active presence in the community, continue to improve the community through positive reinforcement and change, and have more opinions in our discussions.

### What does the job entail?

A typical day includes scrolling through the subreddit, ensuring that our posting guidelines are met. These are characterised as the following;

• Posts are related to ATV.
• Posts are flaired correctly (Perfectionism FTW! We like having the sub look good!)

You should also be able to check the mod-queue whenever you get a chance (nothing insane, just a couple times per day where possible). This means seeing reported posts and comments. These can sometimes be rude and derogatory in nature.

You should also be a good team-player. We all work together as mods, have discussions together, and agree on the right direction for the community.
