Buy a dumb tv ? The power doesn't auto switch to save the hardware during voltage fluctuation that happens when power cuts off to the house and gets restored.
Actual voltage is 300 plus that gets converted to 110 or 220 .
Google tv chrome cast 2020 does this by default.
Install google home app on your phone and check out it's "routines". You can definitely set up a routine that is activated at a certain time to turn on your Android TV..
This is assuming your Android TV device supports being turned on and off by Google assistant
Maybe more logical to use wake on LAN so you can get your router to wake the TV when the router is on after a power outage...if this is your idea!
