I have a 65OLED804 and I'm facing the same behaviour. It's very irregular/random.
I haven't found a proper fix so far but I tend to think that this is happening mostly when a new software update is available.
I may be wrong but every time I had this issue, I checked for updates and a new one was available.
What is your Model? There are many Philips Android TVs with 4k resolution.
No, I have not had this issue on my PUS8804.
